Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some answers to common questions about what it’s like to work with me.
Do you take my insurance?
I've partnered with an insurance reimbursement service (Thrizer), that streamline getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
These services are perfect if you:
Have out-of-network benefits
Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
What this means is that you are responsible for payment up front, and if you have out-of-network benefits, I can help you submit session costs to your insurance company so that you can get reimbursed from your OON benefits.
Please utilize the benefit checker below or try this Link to Benefit Checker Tool to explore your out-of-network benefits.
What are your fees?
My fees reflect my commitment to specialized training (IFS, IPF, & EFT/Tapping) and providing premium, dedicated care outside the limitations of managed insurance.
Individual or Family Therapy (50-minutes): $375
Initial Intake Session (80-minutes): $500
Intensive Therapy Sessions (Extended Sessions): Rates are listed on the dedicated Intensive Service Page.
Do you offer free consultations?
I charge a $25 fee to schedule a 20-minute consultation to get started with therapy. The charge exists to protect our schedules and prevent no-shows for the cancellations. The fee is applied towards the cost of your first therapy session if you do move forward.
